I am so sorry for your loss! ((((((((Anita)))))))))))))))

There are no words to comfort your soul right now, and I wish there was something I could say that would help, but I know too well there are no such words. I can say that I feel the pain of losing a loved one and worst your mama, I'm so sorry, love. Please keep journaling and if there is anything you need....pm me.

Anita, I was invited to read your blog by mindpower. She is such a dear and caring young lady and is so very concerned for you. I am so glad she did ask me to stop by. As usual, I like to familiarize myself with someone, so I went back to your first blog and worked my way to your most recent. The was one post that you had written in 1985 that sounded so much like me and what I was going through at that same time. Life touches all of us in different ways, but also in similar ways. My feelings were so much like what you describe of yours. My last child, Melody, was born in 1982. As I have looked back into my life I finally realized what I had been plagued with since I was 12 years old-DEPRESSION. I also believe that I must have had a form of post partum after the birth of Melody, because the depression hit hard and I couldn't deal with it for a couple of agonizing years, no matter how hard I tried. But I prayed fervently and God helped me get out of that bed, clean my act up and actually start acting like a wife and mother should act. The next years were pretty good, but then life things started getting me down again and I finally realized I needed medical help. After I went on meds about three years ago, it has been a wonderful glorious world to me. Two of my daughters have since then had to also go on the same meds I'm on. You see, it is a chemical imbalance we were born with, an inherited thing through my family. I just Thank God in prayer that there is help out there for us. The reason I'm telling you all of this is that I see myself in you. Have you sought help for this darkness in your life? It isn't a crutch to be on meds, it is saving my life and sanity. I have had a lot of loss and other things that have happened that I thought would not only bend me, but break me, but they haven't. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Mothers are indeed so very special for the majority of us. I have several friends who lost their mothers at an early age and I just went to the funeral of a 35 year old friend a couple of weeks ago. She died suddenly of a heart attack. She had not been ill, so it was truly a shock for everyone, especially her huisband and 3 young daughters. I'm a Christian, so God is number one in my life. I am also a wife, mom of 5, Grammy of 3. My mom is still living at age 81 and I thank God I still have her. Dad died 9 years ago. My mother-in-law, who was actually more like a mother to me passed away in 1987 when she was only 63. I still miss her so much, but I have glorious memories of her and those never die. You sound like you have been hit very hard by this earthly life and it is hard to say we understand until we have walked in that particular person's shoes. I just wanted to stop by and let you know that you are not alone in your grief of loss. Also that I wanted to share a little bit of me with you after I read some of your posts. May God Bless you through this trying time and beyond. I will remember you in my prayers. Blessings, Karen

Anita,
My condolences.
I lost my mum 3 years ago and my dad last November. I know how hard it is.
Just last week I had such and urge to call my mum with some news, then I remembered.
It's a hard thing when one loses loving parents.
Peace to you.
